Monday morning I will be going cross country to San Francisco on a 7 hour flight. The what? Macworld ‘08. I will be covering Macworld ‘08 for Macteens. This year the rumors include, but are not limited to:
- Ultra-thin Macbook
- New Cinema Displays
- iTunes movie rentals
- iPhone SDK
- Slingbox support for the iPhone/iPod Touch
- “Just One More Thing”
Not only will I be sitting on an airplane next to “smelly fatso” or “my baby won’t stop crying” for 7 hours, but I also will be sitting in line to enter the keynote the same night. I asked my friend Chris when we would begin “camping” out in line, and he said “As soon as we see a line we’ll join,” Ahh! Knowing mac geeks for a very long time, this usually means over 10 hours before the keynote!
